Ordered a mobile phone but didn’t finish the order as I couldn’t see the option to port a number. Went back to it later and it says it’s in my basket… but there’s no ‘basket’ option?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you don't see the basket (usually at the top right of the page) then try clearing your browsers cache and cookies and then start again. I would place the order first and when you have received the sim you can then sort out the porting of the number as the sim has to be activated first before you can do this.

Porting was my worry!
I've recently got a phone from 3 and ported the number when I made the purchase!
this is a Christmas present for the wife, and I know she wants to keep her number.
im a technophobe, so I always struggle ordering things online... I hate not being able to speak to someone!
I prefer to get it sorted immediately rather than spending 2 weeks trying to navigate how to do it online! 😢
