Mobile phone not linked to account

My mobile phone which I bought from Sky is not linked to my account. As a result I can not access information about the phone or determine upgrade status.

Tried to link my new mobile phone to my sky account but it's saying I'm putting in the wrong details but they are not wrong as used the same account for my TV account

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

@Lisa-P1987  You mentioned that I needed to open a new account to find information on my phone that is not linked to my account. I have a new account but I do not know how to find my mobile phone so I can find details of the phone, e.g. when the device is paid off, when I can swap?

@caesarome  Many thanks for this link. I have tried it but it says 'oops we are experiencing technical problems'. This has been quite frustrating I don't seem to have made any progress on this issue.
