I want to speak to someone regarding my pac code we have left sky mobile was told our contract was cancelled and still waiting 2 weeks later for our pac codes

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

No one from Sky will contact you as a result of posting on here. Any Sky account/s you may have are not linked to your Community Forum username so no one knows who you are. You need to instigate contact if the fellow customers here can't help with whatever query you may have.

What was cancelled because if the sim(s) was cancelled then you can't use a pac code to move the number to a different network.
