Mobile phone billing
Changed my contract beginning of December 2025 and wrong information is being shown on next bill. I have been told that the change is still in pending and that deal is no longer available. Surely if I got a contract sent through it should be binding 🤔

You only need to do it the once as Sky then has up to 8 weeks to resolve this issue or you can request a deadlock letter that allow you to take it further as you can read about here:
