Mobile phone bill

Changed over to sky mobile from ee about a year ago,already have sky talk and broadband,worse thing I've ever done,I've been a loyal customer for 25 years,I've been very ill the last couple and spent loads of time in hospital,22 may last year I was in an induced coma

i spend a lot of time in my room watching tv or on my iPad ,I like rock painting and get ideas from YouTube and TikTok,I've not used my mobile or the housephone at all but still paid,i,until I was in hospital trying to live,I've got to have a phone near me in case anything happens,my kids are worried sick,vide received my bill today of £132 despite asking for help,the network doesn't connect a lot of the time,the tv keeps saying there's a technical fault or no network but I'm supposed to pay,I wouldn't mind usually but thought they'd be more understanding as they can see I haven't used the servives,

I wanted to upgrade to the new sky glass but now it's saying I've got to pay £1322 for the whole bill,I'm at my wits end,it's all I have,I've got nothing,no car  but I was hoping to start painting rocks when I feel better ,please can someone advise me wot to do,I've got ptsd,ocd,anxiety and depression too and I can't sleep,I hate the way things are and i can't hold a conversation,I'd really appreciate it ,tia x Tina

Are you saying your mobile bill is £1,322 ?
