Mobile phone acount access

Our main Sky account is in my name, we have two mobile accounts with Sky, I am listed as manager and can transfer data to my wife's phone, I have tried to add her as a manager so that she can do this herself but keep getting an error message, anyone able to help please, thank you?

Nope, tried that keeps giving an error message, thanks anyway. 😁

When she first tried she was just getting an error message, we have since managed to get past it with my log in, thanks everyone 😁
