Mobile order cancelled ?????
Been with sky for years and also have a second sim with them. Just paid off my last handset and ordered a new one only for my order to be cancelled a few minutes after by email. Phoned sky up but they won't give any info, just told me to sign up for Experian and the other fraud related one. Signed up to both and nothing. Good credit score, etc. I've read on Reddit this happened to multiple people and they ended up buying a phone somewhere else.
why is this happening with sky and what can I even do if the reports I sign up for don't show anything? Who can I talk to? Sky won't talk about it ????
I don't want to buy the phone somewhere else if I can help it because the monthly payments are more than on Sky.

This will be happening because for whatever reason you are failing the credit checks, if nothing shows on your credit record then perhaps going elsewhere will be an option.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record.

For everyone's info, I read over that page and it gives no info, I checked my credit rating on three different credit sites (all good) and also received my fraud report and also all good. Has sky just decided to not want me as a customer after about 8 years?

Did you get down to the bottom of it as I'm currently facing the same problem after 6 years and 7 devices good credit score and they cancel my order twice talking about contact Experian
