Mobile number

Does anyone know if I can request a new number when trading my phone in mid contract for a new phone

@Berta  A sim plan is normally only 12 months, if you've had the sim for a least 12 months you can cancel it and order a new sim.

 

Give Sky a call on 150 from your Sky Mobile/Sim to cancel the current sim.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
