Mobile number not recognised

As the title suggests

 

Some people can call me, others cannot. It will state 'Mobile number is not recognised' and then hang up, no voicemail option, nothing. 

 

I need a fix for this as we are currently buying our first house so solictors, vendors, developers etc are all trying to reach me and I get emails saying 'we must have the wrong number' but they dont.

 

Anyone have a long term fix for same?

You would need to report this to Sky to it  can be past to one of their teams  to investigate and fix for you. 150 is the free number to call them on and when you do stay silent when asked any questions by the bot.

150 doesnt work for me, im in Ireland if that makes a difference

It should work so try the number shiwn

here, make sure the flag at the bottom right is set to Ireland as under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
