Mobile not delivered

Hi everyone 

 

Ordered a mobile from sky on 17th December for a Christmas present - I know I left it a bit late, but it said that it would be delivered in time for Christmas.

 

i appreciate that we still have two potential working days but when I login it just says my order is processing. 

How long did everyone else have to wait for the device to be delivered please?

Wait times for customers will be dependent on the exact device ordered and stock levels. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. As customers we have no insight into stock levels or the delivery timescales.

There is no set answer to this as it will take as long as it takes so if you see no movement on this tomorrow then I would say it is unlikely you will see it before Christmas.

Hi you are in the same boat as me, had the delivery on Friday didn't open it till Saturday morning, when I did, I had a sim card and a calculator in the box no phone.So now have to wait till after Christmas.

Your issue is totally different to that of the OP. Their device simply hasn't arrived yet. Yours has been intercepted and replaced with a calculator so you'll have to call Sky asap to report this if you haven't already.
