Mobile no network

My mobile keeps repeated saying 'not registered on network' when trying g to make a call. When someone calls me they are given a message saying the number is not recognised. If I switch my phone off and on it seems to reset and allow calls but it isn't practical to be turning my pho e off and on constantly and a phone is pointless if people cant call me. How do I fix this

I have no network at home as live in the country side so use wifi and wifi calling but even at work my phone will just decides to stop working even though there are no network issues. I can solve quickly by restarting m phone but the trouble is I don't know when it happens as it's only when I make a call or someone tries to call me I find out. Not sure if it's my phone (samsung Galaxy) or Sky being rubbish. Husband also has a Samsung Galaxy with no issues but he's on o2 (althought sky use o2 network!)
