Mobile issues

Not happy still can't receive calls, call anyone, or listen to messages, sky say we are working it.

Mast issues can take weeks to resolve depending on the extent of the issue.

 

Once it's fixed give Sky a call and see if they will apply a credit.  (Bear in mind that Sky do not own the mast and are dependent on a 3rd party repair)

 

Try switching WiFi calling on if your phone supports it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have a work mobile and a private mobile, so my business will suffer and possibly lose customers if we can't contact each other

And 2 of those days have been a weekend where presumably the mast owners won't be working on a repair. 

Remember Sky mobile is a DOMESTIC subscription.
