Mobile internet

No mobile internet connection. Sky rep said it could be a damaged sim. An email said my contract had ended. Sky app says there is a mast problem in my area.

I've followed online guidance and nothing has working. Over a week now this issue has been going on.

If there is a mast issue then this might explain why your device is not working. Sky do not own these so the company that does will be responsible for carrying out the repairs and when they have done as there is no automatic right for compensation Sky are usually fair is situations like this so if you then speak to them they might apply a credit to your account to cover the days you have had no service.
