Mobile error message when trying to phone number

Swapped sim to new apple 16 phone.error message reads fail when trying to make call

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.


Settings > Mobile Data > Create New Access Point...
Settings > Network and Internet > Mobile Network and search for Network or Sim settings and enter them
