Yes, as long as they have the same surname as you and the required photo I.D. should DPD request it

She doesn't have same surname but I'm not in and it's for her

That would be a problem if the courier requests the photo I.D. I have received a few DPD deliveries and they've just taken a photo of me with the parcel in my hand.

Fingers crossed that happens then as normally they never asked for id just the pin and then a photo

If they send you a pin then they might not bother asking for any ID as the pin should be enough I would have thought.
