Mobile delayed

I requested a cell phone and it was forecast for 3 to 4 weeks, we are in the third week and now it appears in the order that it is late. Do you have any delivery forecast? Thank you

@Gabmnz Cell phone is a term used in America, did you order a Mobile phone from Sky in the UK or are you in the USA?

 

In any case no one here can give you a timescale as we are all custiomers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
