Mobile data

I can't use mobile data when outside my house, when I'm at home and I get WiFi my phone pings with notifications and messages

Same here, its been going for the past 4 yrs, reported it several times but nothing has been done about it. Yet, I'm paying for it

Have you both checked you have the correct APN settings stored in your phones @Sooz55  and @nadia24  ?
