My daughter is having problems with incoming calls and outgoing calls also having problems with mobile data not showing up 5G it's just 4 dots can anyone help me out
I am having issues for a couple of days now with calls texts and data phone signal is terrible keeps coming up E only 1 or 2 bars on my signal no 4g or 5g showing when I change this it automatically goes back to E or WiFi. Am not receiving important messages or calls.
You might have already done this but have you tried rebooting your phone ?

Yes I've done the reboot I've even got rid of apps and stuff I've also paid more for storage it's still happening. Am only getting 1 bar on my phone no matter where I go. Am only getting the phone to sky now but there just saying well send a new sim
