Mobile data

I have increased my mobile data by mistake. If I reduce the package will I still be charged for one month on a bigger plan?

Yes.

 

Increase to plans are 'immediate' but downgrades are effective at the next billing cycle.

 

You can try calling Sky on 150 and see if they can reverse it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You will be charged for the increase as you can change it back but this will start on your next billing date.
