Mobile data

Hi

 

I am main account holder and when abroad with data roaming I can connect to local network for example orange.

 

Two of my sons are on my plan, but for some reason they cannot get service like I can while abroad, even with data roaming on.

 

I have tried all the help tips, but all they get is the satellite picture, but no network provider is available.

Turning off and on

data roaming is on

data cap set 

tried sending a network and settings text, but they don't receive
