Mobile data speed terrible - less than 1mbps download.
tried Sky's suggestions but no joy.
anyone else got similar issues?

Ok, have you checked mast status in your area? Or is it everywhere?

If everywhere I'd consider trying a replacement sim.

Sky say the signal ok.
tried to work out how to request new sim but they don't seem to make things easy!!
