Mobile data not working

Mobile data not working despite having plenty of data available. Have tried all troubleshooting options including resetting network settings, system restart, updating to newer software. Has been an issue since August last year returning from holiday abroad. Could the reason that I've run out of storage space be a factor?

What is SIM applications > Roaming set to?

 

(Settings > SIM Applications > Roaming on an iPhone)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
