Mobile data not working in usa on OnePlus open

I've reset my network settings and I've manually checked the apn settings as well, which seem correct. I can make calls and use WiFi ok but no mobile data. My wife has an iPhone and she gets data ok. Can anyone help?

@robert6565 It may be worth checking that Volte is switched on as that is what is need in the USA to use data,

Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIM & network > SIM card name and toggle the indicator next to VoLTE to the "on" position.
