Mobile data isn’t working at all

Cannot use my mobile data at all since returning off holiday I cannot get it working

Almost certainly the SIM application setting is set to roaming/abroad.  Try changing it to automatic/home.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @laurenjadexxx 

 

If this is an iPhone try this, settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.

If it’s android try this
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit,Roaming, Make sure this is set to Home.
