I set up two mobile accounts a few months ago, and believed I'd added the international call saver option. My wife made a call to Australia yesterday and incurred a £47 charge for a 25 minute call. I have since found that the international saver hadn't been applied. How do I get this refunded? To make matters worse, we have an urgent call to make and have now been limited on our use because of "out of plan charges". I'm not paying the charge as this was a Sky error, but need access to international calls again asap.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you called Sky and spoken to them about this to see what they say, it would be handy if you knew the date that you asked them to add the international saver but if you don't this then try to give them a rough idea. 150 is the free number to call them on.
