Mobile charge for calls

Just checking my bill and the one saying Olivia has been charged for mobile calls

Hi @Tanya28  this isn't sky CS so we can't access your bills or information. The bill should explain the reason for the calls eg premium rate numbers, competitions, international calls etc.

Only 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers are inclusive.

 

Many other calls can be charged, for example 0845

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
