Mobile calls not working

My daughter is having trouble with her phone ,if she tries to  phone out, it rings for a couple of seconds and then says "call ended". If someone trys to call her it says  "number doesn't exist" (or similar) notice. It appears other Sky Mobile customers have been having the same issue lately.

Is the device android or iPhone/iPad with cellular? If iDevice then is it running iOS27? I wonder if the new connectivity assist setting under WiFi is causing problems as it uses cellular connection at the same time as WiFi for a more stable connection. Otherwise turn airplane mode off then on & restart the phone.
