I have recently got a new phone using an eSIM. It will not allow me to make outgoing calls and I have no network when I am away from my home WiFi.

I take it you have mobile data turned on when not at home ?

Try putting it into airplane mode for 20 seconds.

Mobile
I have recently changed to sky mobile. New phone with eSIM. I am not able to make outgoing calls and have no service when away from my home WiFi I have tried the virtual assistant numerous times. No help from that. The nearest shop to me is 30 miles away so I can't go in for help. I have no landline to call them. All I want someone to phone me to help. I feel isolated And it is no making me very anxious, and angry to be honest. What can I do?

Not sure why you have posted this again so to prevent people replying with what you have already tried I have merged your posts with those from yesterday.
All you can do is to report this to Sky using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page if you can't make many calls.
