Mobile bill

I'm confused as I changed my bill from 100GB to Unlimited date but the price has gone up of my next bill, and I've been told that my next months bill will come as this month and next month but I wasn't told that before I pressed confirm. Can I just go back to my 100GB data plan please

Hi @Daron1  you will need to call sky on 150 to see if this is possible. You can only change your mix once every billing period so sky may say no.

As soon as you change your data package the new price is applied to your next available bill so what has happened is correct.

Are you sure you meant to type 100GB data plan? On the most recent mobile phone tariff published 13 April, the highest (other than unlimited) is 60GB.
