How did you pay your mobile off, did you call Sky or did you do it yourself online, I ask this because it is quite easy to in error add the £41 as a credit to your bill instead of paying off the device. Also when did you pay the device off because there is a chance that this bill had already been created before you did this.
Does your mobile now show as being paid off via your account ?
