Mobile - Whoops there has been an error

I have started the swap on my phone on 25th October but whenever I click to sign my Credit Agreement I get the message 'Whoops there has been an error' and I need to sign this or it will be cancelled. I have phoned Sky a few times and spoke to many people from different departments and nobody can resolve this.

I have been told someone will phone me back and I still haven't received this call and it's been over 48hrs.

I have tried on a couple of phones, my Laptop and tried Google Chrome and Safari and it's the same issue with all of them.

I have tried cancelling this order and starting again, but it has done the same thing.

I have since found out that if I click on any of the Mobile Phones I have with Sky, I get this same error message. It seems to therefore be an error on my account and not neccessarily an issue with the new contract.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
