I have just swapped my iPhone 15 pro max for an iPhone 17 pro max. I had £399 left on my credit agreement and was told I would get £399 when I sent my phone in. My iPhone 15 was in pristine condition it had been in a case and always had a screen protector the whole time I owned it...not a mark on it! I received my bill for next month with a £395 charge on it. I phoned Sky and they said they emailed me on 6/7 telling me they were giving me £39 for my phone. I was horrified, I never received any email and said don't you think I would have rejected that offer had I received it! I am absolutely disgusted with Sky, the money has gone out of my account, I have raised a complaint and expect to hear back from Sky in 72 hours which I have no faith in that happening. Anyone else experienced this? Can I demand my old phone back as could sell for at least £600 😡
