You can't.

It is delivered to the account address for security reasons.

Re: Mobile Phone

Please re think about switching to sky. The network is awful. Most places I can't make a phone call unless connected to WiFi. I can't wait to leave this hell of the network. Apparently there's is a maintenance work being carried out in my area and all will be back to normal by 8/8/2026. I can't even make a phone call outside

That would seem to explain the 'awful network'.

@Spat66

The only way around this is to ask Sky to change the address before you place the order so it is sent to their address. It will then need changing again sometime after the delivery.

Re: Mobile Phone

My wife and I have both joined sky mobile after leaving EE as we were only getting 5mbps down and 1mbps up and EE is supposed to be the best network I think not .

we are getting 300 mbps down and 40 mbps up with Sky and everything works perfectly.

we have four unlimited sims at £10 a month each what's not to like!
