Mobile Phone
I am trying to pay a balance for a phone I purchased , tried using the App but it won't let me access it, tried online help but that's absolutely pointless

Hi @Sarnie2 if it's not letting you do it online your only option is to call sky on 150.

Call Sky and an agent should be able to help you to do this otherwise any payment may just sit as a credit on your account towards future payments.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
