No phone signal at home for over a week.
As per Sky Mobile Phone Signal Checker - working on local improvements in this area, until completion on 19th December may experience issues with service.
I've registered for updates.
My problem is that my mobile is my only phone, I do not have a land line.
I need to resolve this issue but cannot find a way through the online system. Whatever I try I end up being offered registration for an update if not resolved by 19th December.
Any suggestions?

Apart from using Wifi and Wifi Calling if you are able to then there is nothing you can do and neither can Sky as they do not own and therefoe maintain the mobile phone masts so if the 19th is the date you have been given there hopefully things will improve for you then.
