Mobile No not updating

I've given a PAC 2 days ago to Sky and today received confirmation to say my number, which I want to keep, has been updated.

 

Advised  to check  my phone settings but number has not been changed. I can insert  my number but  the "Save" option button is not working. 

 

Any suggestions please?

Hi @SherylC  can you confirm you are porting from a different network to sky ?
