Mobile I ordered didn’t get delivered

I ordered sky mobile pre order in Sep and dpd was assigned to deliver but they did not deliver now phone is held in dpd according to my tracking number.

i asked dpd to deliver but they said wd are waiting from sender to instruct further. 
I contacted sky and asked them to instruct further and and resolve my issue but after 3 weeks no response from sky

If dpd have been asked to hold it then you need to take this up with Sky, you could put a complaint n to see if that helps:
