Mobile Data not working in RM14

For about 4 weeks now the mobile data is not working in the RM14 area. I cannot make or receive calls and there is either no data coverage or under 3G.

 

I cannot find where to report this as it says there is full Sky service in the area. This affects Sky mobile users I know in the area.

 

I have been told an O2 mast has been vandalised and was supposed to be fixed last week.

 

Can this be looked in to?

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so unfortunately you and others in the area will be relying on a third party repair.
