Mobile Data Temporarily turned off by your operator

Hi, why do I keep getting this message? No mobile data service. Temporarily turned off by your operator for SIM 1

Been getting it off and on. Earlier today, I had no network away from home and dropped to 4G and it came back but going out again later it popped this message up a few times, then it clears itself. I've rebooted and tried chat bot and it couldn't tell me anything.

No, it says it's good. We don't have 5G yet, but 4G is fine and no known errors
