I changed my mobile bill payment date to the 2nd but no update has happened so im not sure when my next bill will be due

My date said 27th August to 26th September but no exact date

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBecause your next bill is due in less than 14 days you might find that this date change will not start until the following bill and if that is the case for that bill the amount you pay might be different as it will cover these extra days.
