Hi, 

Looking for some advice. 

My Wife has an account for Sky Mobile, Seperate to the one we have together, which is used as Phone for our Daughter.

Contract is now up, all is paid for including Handset so we want to get our Daughter a New Phone and Plan but have under our account so that we can share any unused Data with our Daughter as she is more likely to need it ha!

Problem is she wants to keep same number so looking for advice on how to go about this as can not get hold of anyone at Sky to discuss this properly and as I am autistic I struggle on the phone so any advice/tips would be welcome.

The only way to do this is to order your daughter the new phone and either move the sim you already have into your new phone or if you order here a new sim the only way to transfer the number between the two Sky sims is to move the number to a PAYG network then move it back to her new sim.
