Mobielorder delay
I ordered mobile phone on 1st of feb but still in the process i already call the customer service rise the complaint he said u will get order in 2days but still it was in the process im useing from 3years nearly i never missed the payment im genuine i faced bofore also still customer service is not good may he they dont change last time i take refund like almost 1 1/2 years after i called so many time i waste my time finally i get it like after 1 1/2 years now may be i will get my phone after 3years a big thanks to sky team

Your post isn't very easy to understand. Firstly, as customers, we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.
Any orders for iPhone 17 models could still face delays.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off
