Missing piggybank data

Hi

 

We recently moved phones from iPhone 11 to iPhone 17 pro max

 

We have kept our same numbers

 

We were assured by sky on the phone & at a stand in a shopping centre our piggybank data would be rolled over

 

We had approx 70GB

 

This did not happen

 

Does anyone know why please?

How much do you have now?

 

(Remember the rollover limit was reduced from 3 years to 1 year earlier this year)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Are you logged into the app on your new phone with the same account details that your old iphone was on ?

All you can do is to call Sky tomorrow on 150 so they can look into this for you.
