Missing items

Hi I tried contacting you guys several times today. There are two things i need addressed.

1: how do I return the phone I received it is so hot to touch i have decided to send back after one day.

2: I received iPad which is brilliant, however I didn't receive the keyboard that I ordered when will this be delivered??

Hi @Paulodarkosi191  this isn't sky CS you are talking to, it's a customer helps customer forum. You will need to call sky to arrange a return and find out what's happening with your missing keyboard. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
