Missing galaxy watch.

  • I have just received my upgrade galaxy s23 ultra. I was expecting my free galaxy watch to be delivered with it. Upon checking my order I realised I should have put it on my order.  How do I go about getting my free watch.  I can't find a phone number to speak to anyone at sky.

It is to late now as you needed to have placed the watch is the basket when ordering it so the only way around it would be to call Sky and arrange for the phone to be returned and cancelled then you could start again by placing the order for the phone and watch. Call Sky on the free 150 number for help in doing this.

It might be too late now as it should be ordered at the same time as the phone. To contact Sky to discuss just dial 150 free from your Sky mobile.

@Dave56  If you didn't add it to your order then i'm afraid you may have lost out.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
