Missing data

Since upgrading my phone my data has gone missing. None of it was used to purchase the phone.

Changing your mobile should play no part in your data. The data itself only remains in the piggybank for 12 months if it has been used so if it is not due to this then call Sky on 150 so they can look into it for you.

I suspect this is the recent change of data expiry from 36 months to 12 rather than anything to do with the purchase.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
