Missing bundle

I just took delivery of my new phone.  The free bundle did not arrive.

The 'bundle' may come separately or you have to claim it direct from the manufacturer.

 

The phone page clarifies exactly which.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
