Missing Chromebook

I recently bought a samsung s24ultra to replace a stolen phone. There was a deal on at the time of purchase to receive a free Chromebook.

I have not received the chromebook or received any communication about it since purchase and receipt of phone

It isn't sent until you put your claim in for it of which you can do here:

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

This kind of offer almost always relies on the customer making a retrospective claim once the initial paid-for item is outside any statutory 'cooling-off' period: this is to stop people returning the billed device and keeping the 'free' one.

 

They also have a fairly limited maximum time after purchase within which the claim must be made: a cynical person might suggest it's in the interest of the suppliers that not all the potential claimants actually do so.
