Missed sky offer

Hi, I missed a sky mobile offer (it ended yesterday). Does anyone know if it's possible that sky will match/honour it? 

I've called up customer services but they just say they can't change the current offers on there system .

 

i wanted to ask if anyone had experience where a customer service group in sky have back-dated an offer?

@BenMe  As the offer was not in force when you placed your order Sky are under no obligation to give you the same offer retrospectively.

 

These are generally not Sky offers but direct from the manufacturer - Samsung for example

 

You'll find the terms and conditions will state an exact date range of purchase to qualify.  A day out will not qualify.

ou can return your device within the cooling off period and order another to qualify but will require another credit check that is not guaranteed.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
