Missed delivery

I ordered the phone but i missed the delivery. First time i was on the work so i couldn't get it.then i rescheduled it but they didn't bring my parcel then i rescheduled it again but they came on 29th October instead of 30 and because i was on work and i was unavailable i missed it. They sent my parcel back. What should I do now to get my phone? Please help

I appreciate on one occasion DPD came on the wrong day but for the others you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier which should have details of your 1 hour delivery slot. 

If you are unavailable then a family member with the same surname as you (and the necessary I.D.) can accept it on your behalf.
